Małgorzata Dambek

Małgorzata Dambek (born 1984) - a graduate of Polish philology at Adam Mickiewicz University (2008), currently a doctoral student at the Department of Literary and Cultural Comparatistics at the Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań; a researcher of the life and work of the Slovak writer, poet, amateur philosopher, surgeon-doctor, and Jewish convert in one person - Pavol Strauss; translator (in 2017, a collection of short stories by the Slovak writer Marek Vadas titled 'Uzdrowiciel' was published by Książkowe Klimaty, translated by M. Dambek); a scholarship holder of several academic programs (Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra), a lover of Central Europe, Slovakia, and the Low Beskids, the works of Andy Warhol and Bohdan Ihor Antonycz, a traveler.
